CHALLENGE #7 - ANYTHING GOES

A big thank you to all you lovely ladies that took part in our One for the Boys challenge, your creations were fabulous.  The lucky person chosen to receive our little gift for this challenge is No.1, Linda.  Congratulations!  Please email Mandy your details and we will pop it in the post to you.

We have an open theme for challenge #7. You can make anything you like! We just ask that they are new projects and are posted on your blogs between today the 24th November and Tuesday 7th December (midnight NZ time).

I love using the cuttlebug butterfly cut and emboss die.  I have used designer paper from Rosie's Serenity, ribbon, rhinestones and the craft concepts scrollwork embossing folder.  I also used little paper roses.
You can click here to see some other cards I have made.

I've added texture to my cards with machine stitching, lace and button twine together with layers of gorgeous Material Girl papers from Cosmo Cricket.  I cut flowers from felt and kraft cardstock adding detail with a button and decorative pins.  The butterfly was made using layers of kraft cardstock topped with paper to add dimension.  I was on a bit of a roll with these cards, you can see another one on my blog here.

Papertrey Ink: Kraft Cardstock, It's Official Stamp Set, Butterfly Die. Craftie Charlie: Cosmo Cricket Material Girl Papers, Buttons.  The Ribbon Girl: Natural Jute Button Twine.  Wild Orchid: Natural Lace, Decorative Pins.  Paper and String: Felt

Our little gift for this challenge includes a small selection of Stampin Up Felt Flowers (now retired), Maya Road Sheer Flowers and some Glassine Packets (88mm x 131mm).

We look forward to seeing all your wonderful creations.  Please leave a link to your project using Mr Linky or send us an email with a picture attached. This challenge will close midnight Tuesday 7th December New Zealand time.

Georgina sent us a picture of this gorgeous butterfly birthday card she made using a card from Impress and  Anita outlines, the paper is from her stash.
