It's great to see that more and more people are finding us and taking part in our challenges, thank you for joining in.

We had some fabulous entries for our Halloween challenge, a big thank you to all who took part.  The winner of our 'Halloween' gift chosen by True Random Number Generator is No.1, Carol.  Congratulations!  Please email Eileen your details and we will get your gift in the post to you.

Challenge #5 is 'Let's Party'.  This can be anything at all related to any kind of party...Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding.......and so on.

I made this card and matching bookmark for my daughter's birthday on Friday.  I used the Spellbinders plain and lacey circles and tags.  The flowers were punched from cardstock using the Stampin Up 5 Petal Flower punch and I've added pearl rhinestones to the centres.   I also made a gift box to match.

I was trying really hard not to use Kraft cardstock again, but...failed!  I love it.  My card and gift bag have been embossed using the Cuttlebug Happy Birthday Folder.  I used Pink Bakers Twine and Jute Button Twine to crochet the flowers.

If you are interested in a tutorial for crocheted flowers try this video which I found to be one of the easiest to follow.

Papertrey Ink: Kraft Cardstock, Large Scallop Die, Small and Large Ric Rac Dies, Card Button. Ribbon Girl: Pink Bakers Twine, Natural Jute Button Twine, Small Pink Polka Dot Buttons.  Wild Orchid Crafts: Natural Cotton Lace, White Heart Shaped Pin.  Glassine Bag purchased from Ebay

Our 'Let's Party' challenge gift comprises of some gorgeous Maya Road envelopes which you can alter or use as they are, plus some Natural Jute Button Twine and Cherry Red Bakers Twine. A great asset to any project.

We look forward to seeing your 'Let's Party' creations.  Please leave a link to your project using Mr Linky or send us an email with a picture attached. This challenge will close midnight Tuesday 9th November New Zealand time.

Check out the gorgeous creations received via email...

Charo made this fantastic bowl using an old vinyl record.  She heated it over a glass bowl in the oven until it melted and then moulded it into shape.  She used it for her daughter's music theme birthday party.  Charo, this is such a fab idea, thank  you for joining in with our challenge.

Denise made this gorgeous birthday card for her friend Christine who lives in Nelson.
She used a stamp from Magnolia, Kaisercraft papers - Tea at Elsies Collection, Prima Flowers and Spellbinders Nesties. The Ribbon and charms came from her stash.

We hope to have some more party projects to share with you before the end of the challenge, so don't forget to keep popping back to see us.
